REQUIRED INFORMATION (PLEASE READ):

Before checking out with your order, you will notice a text box to provide your district of assignment. This information is required so we can ensure your order is sorted, labeled, and delivered correctly. Please make sure you take a moment to fill in this text field using the following template, it will limit headaches when orders come in!

• Example(s): "25th District", "12th District", "35th District", etc.
  

There is not a "submit" or "done" button after you finished inputting your district, it automatically saves. Then, you are free to place your order and choose either the "Shipping" or the "Pickup" option ...

Shipping & Pickup Information:

When placing your order, you will be prompted to either select "Shipping" or "Pickup" at checkout (available via credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and more).

• If you choose "Shipping", we will be shipping your order personally via USPS Priority Mail. Typical pricing for this shipping method is $13, which will ensure your order arrives to the address of your choosing promptly and securely. Past customers have reported getting their order within one business day after we mailed their order out. 

Please keep in mind: your order does NOT ship when you check out! Once order window closes, I will submit all orders for production. Please allow at least 14 days for production to conclude, then an additional 2-3 days for us to collect, sort, and package your order for delivery.

• If you choose "Pickup", there are two (2) methods of fulfillment you can anticipate based on your needs, each of which will ensure your order is labeled accordingly with your name to avoid confusion:
  • As explained above, your order will be sorted based on your district of assignment, along with other officers who placed orders within your district. At which point, a batch drop-off will take place shortly after production concludes and we receive all of the orders. This process can take a few days before batch drop-offs begin.
  • Or, alternatively, your order will be collected when production closes and will be held until we arrange a date/time/location to coordinate fulfillment in person, hand-to-hand. Hand-to-hand pickups depends on our availability, but we will plan to announce personal pickup days/times shortly after orders are received from production.
